Stromboli Hike
Guided by our volcanological Guides you will hike the summit of the active volcano to attend his explosive Strombolian activity.
The climb to the craters expecially for those that are not used to walk in the mountains is not of short duration. There is a vertical drop of 900 meters, often with steep steps and sections covered with sand and volcanic ashes, where it is quite hard to proceed. For some people it is a considerable effort to deal with in the best physical condition and with suitable hiking equipment. From 2019 it is required on site the payment of € 5 for the municipal ticket.
