Our office is in the center of Stromboli, near the Church of San Vincenzo, a three-minute walk from the Scari hydrofoil pier. Open every day from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, from Easter to early November.

How long does it take to reply to an email or contact form?

What languages can I book in?
Italian, English, French, and German. All of our guides speak at least one language in addition to Italian. Indicate your preferred language in the form and we will assign you a guide suited to your group.
Can I modify or cancel a booking?
Yes. Changes are free of charge up to 48 hours before the excursion. In case of bad weather or adverse volcanic conditions, the excursion is rescheduled or fully refunded: it’s the Municipality of Stromboli and the Volcanological Observatory that decide, not us.
Where is your office located in Stromboli?
In Via Pizzillo, a three-minute walk from the Scari hydrofoil pier. When you arrive on the island you’ll find it easily: just ask for “Il Vulcano a Piedi” at the harbor and they’ll point you the way.
